There are 4 types of slow learner. One student has a difficulty of expressing, another one has a difficulty of reading, another one has a difficulty of listening and last one has a difficulty of concentrating. We will show two example class scenes.
Mr Daisuke Homma demonstrated the example of no-good teacher.
One of Supervisor  demonstarated the example of good teacher.

3.Learning Environment
Using the Broken Windows Theory etc... teachers discussed about Learning Environment.

Teachers applied BAGONG RULE on their teaching skills.
On the other hands, a lot of teachers still think "No material is No teaching.".
For example,on the discussing about "learning environment" one teacher said "Our classrooms are very old."
It is one of problem of materials.
But we can improve them using our innovation.
Please think to apply daily necessaries or the neighborhood on your teaching skills.

We hope teachers apply BAGONG RULE on their daily lessons..
Mr Daisuke Homma continued monitoring their lessons in Tagbilaran City Division.

Any way, Mr Shinichi Masuda(Vice-Chief of JICA Philippines), Ms. Shinya Tamao (Volunteer coordinator of JICA Philippines) came there. Thank you very much for visiting our seminar.
